 Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aisebuild.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipments to Contiguous 48 US states.

Aisebuild shop ships to addresses within the U.S. contiguous 48 states. Currently, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and other U.S. Territories unless we agree with customers on these shipments case by case.

Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

 

Shipment processing time

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Time:

  1. Order Preparation Time: The amount of time Aisebuild shop and Aisebuild shop’s seller process and confirm your order. This typically takes 1 or 2 days. It may take additional days if the product is special-ordered or custom-made since the seller will need to confirm the production schedule and then provide an accurate ready date.

  2. Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave Aisebuild shop seller’s distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier or the lead time Aisebuild Shop’s seller specifies to prepare the order ready for ship or In-store pickup.

  3. Shipping Time: Based on the shipping method you have chosen, it is the amount of time it takes to ship your order to your address.

  4. Customer specified requested delivery date: If a customer requests the order to be delivered on a certain day, Aisebuild shop will plan and schedule the shipment to be picked up by the carrier in order to arrive on that day. If the requested delivery day cannot be met, Aisebuild shop or Aisebuild shop seller will contact you to modify the shipping method or confirm a new day.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated based on various factors such as weight, dimensions, distance, service level and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

* Shipping methods explanation:

  • Will Call. You will need to provide your designated shipping carrier and your shipping account number on order during checkout. When your order is ready for pickup, Aisebuild shop or Aisebuid shop’s seller will call your shipping carrier with reference to your shipping account to arrange the pickup.

  • In-store pickup. In-store pickup/warehouse pickup is available at the seller's designated location on business days and opening hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. You may be required by the seller to call or email ahead to make arrangements.

  • LTL Standard/ground (2-7 business days)

  • LTL Local Delivery (same day or 1-2 business days)

  • FTL Standard/ground (2-7 business days). You can also request customer services to provide an FTL freight quote manually.

  • Parcel standard/ground. We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx ground shipping services.

  • Parcel Second Day. We use UPS, USPS, or FEDEX second-day or two-day shipping service.

  • Parcel Overnight. We use UPS, USPS, or FedEx next day or overnight shipping service.

 

Payment Information

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Bank Account, and American Express. The shipping fee will be calculated and paid at order checkout.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Aisebuild shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

Aisebuild shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping but we will do our best to settle your claim. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at orders@aiseubild.com and we will file a claim with the shipping carrier (only the order is shipped by Aisebuild shop designated shipping carrier). Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

 

Additional Information

Aisebuild shop reserve the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is affected, you will be notified within two business days.

 

Please Note

  • You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.

  • If you are offered insurance but do not accept it, we cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

  • For special orders (domestic and international) and custom-made orders, we anticipate a longer lead time since Aisebuild shop’s seller will need extra days to produce the products and then be able to provide an accurate ship date (the additional production lead time can be found at product page).

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two business days to process your order.

  • Orders that are system flagged may be asked to verify additional information and we are not responsible for the delay in processing your order.

  • Orders only ship on Business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm PST or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Please review and ensure you have entered the correct address and the address must be a location your selected shipping method is able to deliver products to. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order(excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

  • You must specify any shipping accessorial or equipment needed for handling or unloading your order and any requirements for orders to be successfully delivered to your location.

 

Return Policy

Our goal is to provide you with an outstanding customer experience every time you shop with us. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Each Aisebuild shop’s seller will have its own return policy. Please go to the product page and view the seller’s return policy at the top right-hand side of the product page, which states the vendor’s return criteria, return period, restocking fee if there is any.

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition, it was received.

We do not accept returns for perishable items, gift cards, downloadable products.

If you wish to return your item or you found items are missing in your order, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return transit or for returns that are never received. If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement. If we are unable to refund the original method of payment, Aisebuild shop will provide you with a store credit for the amount of the refund due to you, which may only be used for future purchases on Aisebuild.com.

 

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the products. Please email orders@aisebuild.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process. If possible, please inspect the products before receiving them from the carrier and take photographs if products or the packaging are damaged or defective. You may be required to submit these photos of the damaged product and its packaging. Aisebuild shop will not be responsible for any replacements, refunds, damaged products if you are using your own shipping carrier.

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to orders@aisebuild.com we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label with the RMA number. Please print it out and affix it to your package.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs(even if you use a return shipping label provided by Aisebuild shop or Aisebuild shop’s seller)

If you choose to get a refund for eligible items (non-damaged and non-defective items), you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund. For damaged or defective items, you will be refunded with the shipping costs, purchase costs, and tax.

 

Final Sale Items

If the item is marked “final sale”, “clearance” or “bulk sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

Insurance

If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.

Warranty

Some products may be covered by a seller or manufacturer’s warranty. You can find the warranty information on the product page on Aisebuild.com or contact the seller.

Order Cancellation

You may be able to cancel the order before the order is confirmed and processed on the Order page. If there is an error of canceling an order or the order is in a no-cancel status, please contact orders@aisebuild.com for more information. You may be charged for an order canceling fee or we may not refund the deposit for order cancellation. Please note we will not guarantee that the order can be canceled, but we will do our best to help.
