Our Construction Sourcing Project Management System

 

AiseBuild Platform provides a free Construction Sourcing Project Management System for our business customers and vendors to use.

Business customers can create bidding projects for the materials or services needed and quickly invite multiple vendors to join the project and submit proposals. It will be quick and easy to get project cost estimates for the materials, labor, and shipping, and all the data for the decision-making are well-organized and displayed on one screen. The quotes are negotiable through our system modules. Once a proposal is accepted, the vendor will generate the negotiated purchase terms in our backend CMS for future ordering, which will lock the quoted material cost per vendor’s configured valid quote period.

There are three project types:

 

• 1.  Public Project Type - the project is shared with all Aisebuild.com business users. All materials suppliers or contractors on Aisebuild.com can submit proposals for the jobs.
• 2.  SelectedProject Type - the project is only visible to selected vendors, and only these vendors can view and submit proposals.
• 3.  Private Project Type - the project is only visible to Aisebuild.com Account Managers & customer services. By selecting a listed product on Aisebuild.com for the quote, the seller of the chosen product can also view and submit proposals. Otherwise, we (Aisebuild.com) will handle your quotes, find the appropriate product/service provider, and submit proposals.

 

After placing orders for the sourcing projects, customers can easily track all the orders, shipments, and product data by project.

Aisebuild Platform connects customers with vendors of quality building materials and construction services in the United States. It provides a one-stop E-commerce marketplace for customers to find ideal building materials for their homes, remodeling, and construction projects in Aisebuild.com.

 

Our B2B E-commerce Solution

 

We provide solid and agile B2B e-commerce solutions to help sellers build additional digital branches. We created many features that are tailored to the building materials industry to streamline the whole procurement process. Our solution includes many advanced modules to enable manufacturers, distributors, and resellers to manage complex pricing rules, business locations, inventory, dealer network, orders, shipping, and sourcing.
We also provide system functions to support multiple go-to-market strategies, promotion methods, and sales programs that sellers can choose to promote products and cross-sell.

Aisebuild Platform provides product-oriented sourcing for our customers. Customers can create quotes with selected materials and request proposals from sellers. Customers can also choose their ideal materials and request proposals from contractors to get an estimate of the job.

Business customers can utilize our platform to source new materials or new vendors. In addition, our team will validate all the searchable vendors' information periodically, and vendors who deliver excellent and consistent services will be certified by our vendor evaluation team.

 

 

Order with Us

 

Our online store is operating 24/7, and we will respond to your orders, product inquiries, questions promptly. Once you place an order with a suggested delivery date or instructions (if there is any), our team will plan and coordinate with our shipping companies to deliver the order to your site. We provide additional shipping methods such as pickup, will-call, LTL, and FTL shipping. If you have any special delivery needs, we will work with you case by case to reduce the shipping costs and make the delivery to your site hassle-free.
